I thought I would do the right thing and share what a great service I have recently received from TT.
I have bought numerous watches from TT as it’s pretty much my go to TD and up until recently I have never had an issue, ever! My last order was an IWC 3777. As usual I received tracking details and I tend not to look until at least a couple of weeks; by then, I normally get to see it already in the U.K. however on my last order there was no change from HK. I emailed Andrew and he replied that he would look into it. Next thing I know he arranged new qc pics and sent me a replacement which I received in a few short days. No arguments, no expectation that I should wait an unreasonably long time they simply just got it sorted. A great customer service as far as I’m concerned, As always this is why I always recommend TT. I have attached a few pics because, well she’s a beauty! I ordered a genuine crocodile pilot strap from ZicZac straps which just makes the whole watch pop! Enjoy!
