Bought a PAM 113O on 28th Sept 2015, it was a gorgeous watch but there was a problem with the movement. I took it to three watch repairers in Massachusetts and none wanted to try and fix it, I even enquired over the phone at a Panerai dealer but the person was dismissive and rude, I expected it but it rules them out when I do buy a gen. I ended up reluctantly returning it by USPS to Toro in Guangzou (using the instructions he sent me) at a cost of $29 (Massachusetts to Guangzou), it took between 2 and three weeks to get there.

I decided to switch the PAM 113O for a Zenith SS Big Pilot and pay the difference which Toro was happy to accommodate but whilst on vacation I visited an AD for a moozie around and saw the Zenith Big Pilot Bronze Edition which is a stunner. I contacted Toro on return and switched the watch to the Zenith Big Pilot Bronze Edition and also ordered a PAM 587Q on Special Offer which Toro shipped back to me in the same package as the Zenith.

I hadn't worn the PAM 113O so Toro deducted from the cost of my order the total cost of the PAM 113O and the $29 return shipment cost to China and shipped the Zenith and PAM 587Q for free by DHL Air back to me in Mass. which I consider fair. I have the tracking number and am awaiting delivery of the watches.

This story started on 28th September and and it's now 24th December, Toro has been patient and replied immediately to any e-mail I've sent, the reason it's taken so long is me switching the watches and the wife and I being on vacation with no one being in the house from time to time to accept delivery of the package hence I delayed the shipping.

Toro is an excellent dealer, buy from him with confidence, if there is an issue with the watch it will be worked out.

I'm sorry, op, but I don't blame them for being rude to you, you shouldn't had called an AD in the first place to fix your "fake" as they might had put it. It's illogical. "Here, fix this watch that is a total ripoff from your watches." You've been here three years, haven't you learned anything yet? smh
