Excellent service from Lucian

First time sent my watches over to Lucian for a waterproof test and actually also first time I used a watch smith through this forum

Excellent communication throughout the process from start to finish, very quick responses to text messages, Lucian also kept me updated during all that time and also provided photographs of all steps taken during the service and the waterproof testing

I can actually feel the crowns lubricated now and the watches are very smooth

Thanks for your help Lucian and I will be using your services again
