Okay!
So, I ordered a watch and it never got picked up by dhl.. (things happen dealing with reps. It isn’t ALWAYS going to go 100% smooth)
In the end I’m not too sure what happened with the batch my order was in, but I don’t think it was what trustytime expected to happen or wanted to happen..
We had expected my particular order to either just eventually get shipped out or get shipped back to trusty and then it get reshipped.
That didn’t happen! (In the meantime I ordered again the same watch that got lost or whatever and got it in 2 weeks exactly!!!)
After Andrew realized the original order was a goner, I had new qc pics within a couple of days... What is important to understand here is that he could have easily NOT sent me qc pics and just sent me out the original watch, which by this time was the second white navitimer I would have owned... BUT he let me get a watch of my choosing, which, as per our arrangement, kinda cost him an additional future sale with me but he didn’t care. It wasn’t about just the money...
Basically, instead of sending me the original watch, letting me sell it m2m and then ordering a new one he knew I wanted, He allowed me to just cancel out that original watch (Since I had already re ordered and received one) and order the one I wanted, PLUS included a rubber strap, all this AFTER losing out on both the original watch due to the shipping mishap and the second one bc he had already gotten it from the factory and sent me qc pics...
All this is kinda jumbled; and, whether you followed my choppy imagery and grammar or not, what you can take away from this is that Andrew acted honestly, and with absolute integrity and like a total professional who takes care of his good customers!
Seriously, there’s no other TD to do business with ESPECIALLY after this last experience!
