Evolution Leather Strap???

I received my watch yesterday from Angus and it is awesome, one of the best reps. I own. The extra black leather strap I bought with it is terrible though and I am very disappointed with the stitching, it is all over the place. Is this common on these straps or is this just a bad strap? I contacted him and awaiting his reply.

I think these are the new straps the rep manufaturers just came out with. IMHO I think they are making an effort to sell more straps and have made a feeble attempt at producing a Breitling copy. It looks thicker than the average rep strap but that stitching is pathetic. Hopefully they will pay more attention to the straps in the future and make some much needed improvements. Most of the rep straps are just junk.

gen leather strap= 100 EUR

gen SS buckle= 20 EUR

(EU prices)

I've the gen deploymen strap with the gen deployment buckle (100 EUR the strap and...180 EUR de buckle, but I bought it for 130 EUR in ebay).

If you really like the leather strap.. i think that 120 EUR it's a good price

(or go to a BOB strap with a gen buckle!)

pirvan will a 22mm bob strap fit the rep deployment that we get from the dealers here?

The underside looks good, the markings. The only problem I have is the stitching.
