I was able to connect with Andrew tonight. He offered a refund and I’ve asked for the order to be processed. I anticipate I will hear back around 2-3 am my time which is my usual communication window with him. Fingers crossed we are back on track for another fantastic order! Let’s Go TrustyTime!
