Below is my Chargeback resolution from PayPal after SEVERAL e-mails requesting a status with no response from ET, and no response to Paypal's e-mails as well. I did not mention anything about "replica." I simply made my claim as "non-receipt of item." This whole process took about 11-days for a resolution in my favor:

favor. We were able to recover $273.00 USD and this amount has been credited to
you. Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be posted.
If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to
recover the balance from the seller.
If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed

seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account
privileges.
