i bought this fantasy PAM 1973 with GMT complication M2M on Repgeek years ago.
At the time, i trhow away thecrappy brown leather strap, and replaworkiced it with a mesh and Clasp bracele bought in eBay , there is some play betwi paid around 30 EUR for it.
The watch used a modified 2813 movement (iirc) , there is some play between adj hours and GMT position but all is working.
The caveat is that the strap is suitable for 16 - max 16.5 cm. I have a 16.5 cm wrist and it is a bit non comfortable.
