EU - WTB Yachtamaster secondhand to fit my Submariner

Hello all, hopefully I'm posting in the correct forum and perhaps somebody here might be able to help me out.

I recently purchased the new ARF Submariner 16610 LN the movememnt is SH3135 V2
I would absolutely LOVE to have it modded with a red Yachtmaster secondhand (Picture attached for reference)

I have no clue if this is possible and if so what or where to source that second hand.
Any help greatly appreciated and I'll buy a beer for anyone who can help me with this
