Hi,

I had ordered previously from another TD here and everything was fine. This time, I wasn't ready yet to order, but I wanted to ask for an overview of rep watches that can be purchased from EU STOCK.
I had made an inquiry last year, but I couldn't remember when or what it was and I couldn't find any messages. So, I made this recent inquiry to EU STOCK to ask for the overview and for a sub rep.
EU STOCK replied that I have to order it, but I asked again if he could provide an overview of what was available through him. He was apparently pissed at this, called me "buddy" and "did you read my message?".
He was saying I have to order, but I wanted the overview and never had a clear "Yes" or "No".
Now, he seems have remembered me and said that I had contacted him last year and never ordered. I asked how he remembered that when there were no messages. He replied that he remembers people who ask and don't buy. He was again pissed at this and asked if I wanted to start a discussion on this. Minutes later, this chat was deleted by him...

Call me old fashioned, but this is no tone to treat a customer, or someone who wanted to be a customer. Even for deals like this on reps, one would expect to be treated with respect.

Hey,

You reached out to me last year and received plenty of information from me, particularly regarding the order process. Today, you contacted me again to inquire about some watches. Your request was: “Can you send me your entire stock of women’s watches?” I informed you that I currently only have one Cartier women’s watch in stock. You then responded: “No, only Rolex.”

You’re aware that there are countless Rolex models, right? Do you honestly expect me to randomly pick watches for your fiancée without any specific details from you? If you’ve misplaced or forgotten the information from our last conversation, everything is still available in my section on RWI. Since you seem to be a smart individual, I trust you’re capable of reading and understanding the information provided there.

During today’s conversation, I simply reiterated the same details I shared before. You’re, of course, free to order from another TD if you feel this isn’t the right fit for you.

Just to clarify: I haven’t insulted or attacked you – I strictly follow clear and transparent processes. If that doesn’t meet your expectations, there are plenty of other TDs you can work with. Best of luck!

I am interested in purchasing a rolex . Unsure whether a day date or datejust or oyster perpetual. How can I contact you re options prices etc. Thanks.
