Don't know if this has been posted but I have found it invaluable.

Go to the ETA Swiss lab section under the Training Centre

They have a section that shows in flash how to tear down each eta movement step by step. Very handy

I think I've seen that posted before but doesn't hurt to have another thread about it. Very valuable source although tearing it apart is the easy thing. Doing the proper oiling is the hard part and if you don't have the correct oils for each part then you're better off leaving the movement as it is rather than tearing it apart, re-assembling it and having it to run dry
