Just would like to share a couple of builds dedicated to the incredible recent eilean series. I don't consider them as reps but custom handmade homage builds since they have certain deviations from gen and certain peculiarities. Though all the parts and services were done professionally it may still have certain imperfections or specific features.
1244:
- 45mm SS case, reshaped, softened edges. It was completely unassembled so that every part could be appropriately prepared and delicately microceramic-blasted and partially polished to have a soft patina finish. Carefully traced from available images EILEAN engravings on the side filled with rose gold lacquer. Improved water-resistance.
- Rose gold plated bezel and crown with engraved logo. Delicately blasted to remove gloss.
- High-dome mineral crystal. No AR coating.
- Engraved CB with carefully traced and etched brass insert. Press-fitted into the caseback from inside.
- Completely serviced (washed, oiled, re-assembled, regulated) Swiss Unitas movement equipped with high class KIF anti shock.
- H3 CP/HW installed.
- Flattened and polished cannon pinion.
- Movement holders made to firmly secure the movement in the case.
- Carefully traced deep blue striped dial. Vertical brushed pattern. Ultra flat and smooth glossy finish.
- Custom made 0.3mm brass backplate. Stamped with model number. Soldered dial feet for the Unitas movement.
- Short Cali brass hands. Minute hand tip is bent towards the dial, as per gen.
- Cream lume.
- Titanium lug tubes.
- Custom made 26x22mm tabacco brown leather strap. 2.5mm thick, 2 layers, buttery soft. Size is 130mm x 80mm.
- 22mm removable buckle, engraved and microceramic-blasted.
