Hi, you can find on ebay some nice genuine very rare Rolex parts sold by rrtvrn at normal market prices (cases, bezels). It's all fake. You can read on RF that maybe Marcello Comezzi make these rep items (he is a kind of Italian Phong, but Phong says that he does not sell gen ietms). rrtvrn is maybe just a reseller. He is based in Italy as well… not that there's anything wrong with that, but... come on. Ebay.it is a jungle.

Hey @Buck Dancer, thats a tricky story. In 2014 there was a thread on RWG about this topic: https://rwg.cc/topic/173169-anybody-...-how-art-they/
If you take a look into rrtvrn's recent sales you'll find a 16520 case: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Rolex-chosm...p2047675.l2557
If you compare the serial of the rrtvrn case (1. pic) and the serial of a gen case (2. pic) you'll notice that the stamping is different. You could argue that the gen is a N serial and the other a L but as far as I know L and N serials don't differ so much from each other. Just couldn't find a good picture of a gen L serial. For me the L serial looks like laser engraved not stamped.
I'm no Daytona expert just a guy who tries to do his homework! This is just one of rrtvrn's sales maybe he is no expert ether and didn't knew that this case is a rep.

there is no doubt. He is a scammer. If you look at his full sales history, we could think that he found a secret cave in Italy full of old rolex vintage cases.
He use the right font (shoud be scanned), but he doesn t stamp case/caseback. The marks made by endlinks are far too low to be believable (between the 2 lines of text/numbers)

Font used is ok. Even serials should be ok. The pb is just that rolex did not make those cases! Shape/stamping/aging/text zone are wrong.

Look at where the end link scratches are on all the gens (through REGISTERED DESIGN) vs. the eBay (just above 5513).
