I say gen.. it's awful, but gen

Gold looks like the cheesy yellow gold. Not rep gold. Stamps on the clasp look legit to me. It looks VERY worn and very old.. if it was rep some plating would be showing what's underneath.

The coronet is definitely not gen and the diamonds aren't as well in my opinion. Look how they are aligned.

Even in the description it says it needs a service.. if so, the buyer would leave it in for service and be told right away what was inside is rep. So why would they state that.

Still think gen, the alignment of everything is off, it's had a hard life lol

Aftermarket dial in gen case perhaps..
Or maybe that diamond at 5 fell off at one point and has been stuck back on quite badly by someone DIY.

I think it's gen as well, but I the dial is aftermarket or modified. The diamond bezel is in question too for me since the diamonds on the dial aren't stock.

These diamonds don't just fall of.

Haha I just noticed who is selling it.. it's a pawn store that's allover the UK.
They are not trained well on watches that for sure! but they would have the equipment to test gold and minerals properly.

Case gen.. as for the rest, who knows.. some old Franken maybe
