Ebay gren dial green bezel 16610

I was taking a stroll through submariner offers from the usual places and found this one who already had over 30 bids, I'm no expert but this looked fake to me for several reasons(Dial, bracelet, box). It's not the first time I've seen a fake watch on ebay but definetly first with so many bids. Please chime in if this is somehow a gen and my eyes need to get serviced.

The description says 16610 but the warranty card says 116610. It’s hard to tell with aftermarket dials and inserts but both of them look like complete dog poo. The crown guards are a dead giveaway. He said he won it from Watch Gang which should be pretty easy to confirm. His other auctions are for signed memorabilia so it would be really stupid of him to ruin his credibility in that market over a fake watch. Canal Street garbage. Lol. Three pictures. The box is fake.
