Ebay geofencing/Shadowban ?

Hi!

I'm experiencing some issue with ebay and i was wondering if the problem is with my account or my location (France).

For example this vietnam vendor: https://www.ebay.com/usr/bivintagestore2014
I was abroad this week i could see his listing, now i'm back in France everything is empty

Do you experience the same in your location?

I haven't but this is what i get with Brave private navigation with TOR:

Apparently i'm located in Norway
But when i click "see all items" then empty page again

20 items can be seen from Germany.

But yes, I had a similar issue a few weeks ago with another seller from france.
