I need some advice. The below link is of a black diamond Rolex sub dial which is listed as gen. I'm looking for parts to make a 16613 franken, would this be an ideal piece?

If you read it says: Custom Refinished on Genuine Rolex Dial with Genuine Diamonds, Sapphire & Glossy Black Colored Dial

This is basically a gen dial plate with refinished print. Not a gen dial. Thus the very low price.
