Only tested to 3 bar which is 30 feet, not 300.

To be fair, many watchmakers' pressure testers can only do to 3 bar.

Someone must have reported it. With a $3900 buy it now price for an A-series 16610 with box, books and paperwork, it was definitely a scam.
