DW on PAM 233

Has any one modded the 233 datewheel? I am looking to get the overly sunken look taken care of. I would not even know where to start to solve this issue. I know that you PAM lovers and modders have at least thought about solving this nasty issue.

I have 2 of them(black and white face) and it dont bother me ........ its a fantastic watch

I have one enroute... Damn Miami customs has had it for 3 days. Anyways, I was hoping to have a place to send it to get modded when it got here.
