DW on asian 7753 daylight slightly sunken?

Hi all,

I went for that special offer and ordered a 236 from toro. He sent QC pics and I am a bit confused. Is it me or is the DW slightly sunken? I assumed the asian 7753 would come with an improved DW design? Here is the QC pic I received:

Just received mine and it looks better in person. A little sunken but on par with my 187 with same movement.
