DSN vs the world

I´m thinking of getting a panerai 104 and have been looking around. Seems like DSN is highly reguarded eventhough i read about serveral posts with quality issues. The DSN are also premium.
So my question is what are the difference really? I looked at this from Trysty:

Is this a bad rep compared with a DSN??

There are a few ultimate models such as the 104, 199 ect that beat DSN hands down any day of the week

While you will get your watch with TT, I would suggest a different dealer who an get it cheaper. Then with the money you save get a nice custom strap for it or something

What other Panerais are ultimate models? I also like the submersible ones, are any of those good?

What dealers sell the 104 ultimate then? I always thought "Ultimate" where just bullshit...
