DSN GMT 88 with stripped pin

Just get some of the spring bars that look like screws. I use 'em on all my watches. Even my gen PAM.

Just got my 1st REP...a beautiful DSN GMT 88 with 2 bands. However, after installing the 1st band to try, I wanted to change bands to see how the other one looked, and now, the top pin just turns continuously without coming out. Is the pin stripped or the case? Anyone have this problem...

It's hard to see if the pin is stripped or the case - especially WITHOUT PICS.
When you take the pics you will probably see which one it is, at least the pin is easy to spot and if it is not the pin it's most likely the lug hole.
