I saw that Davidsen released another update to his excellent 5218-201/a, and he says it has a newer CNC engraved (whatever that means) dial with thicker index markers. From my research on his previous version from a few months ago, the dial seemed to be the only weak part of the watch. Any opinions on it now? I definitely like the thicker indexes, but I found the font and logo location to be a bit off before, and I'm having a tough time doing a side by side on my phone to see if there's any improvement there.
I bring this up because there's talk of a new run of FGD dials, and I'm wondering if this new DSN dial is any good in comparison.

EDIT: now that I've posted this, the improvements look extremely minor. FGD still looks way better...
