DSN 127 Photo Review

I'm sure there's has been a lot of members who bought this watch, especially from DSN.
From what i know, he made one of the best out of the box 127.

Here's the photo review, of DSN 127 with asian movement

Side Profile

CG

- The pin is not flat
- Lever is a bit loose, if you shake your hand hard enough the lever will be unlock

Dial & Hands

- Honestly i'm a bit disappointed with the print quality of the text, but cant really see it from eye to wrist distance
- Flat CP

Lume

- Great as standard DSN lume

Movement

- Not an expert in movement, but a bit disappointed that the one who assembled this watch forgot to wipe off the excess paint

Overall it's a good watch, there's a bit of blue hue on the AR, can someone tell me the condition on the gen?
I found that the newer DSN25D n 24A is much better build than DSN127
Can this be considered as the best out of the box fiddy?you'll be the judge

the older dsn 127s were the best out of box.

I didn't buy the newer 127 from DSN and waited until a good second hand older 127 came on the market.

The older one has better dial with correct colour print (not grey like yours) and better crystal as well. Also, it is a front loader, unlike yours.

The gen has very light AR on the inside of the crystal but no where near the blue that you get from the DSN line. Ive completed removed mine and it looks million times better. (before you couldn't even tell whether the dial was black or not...)

What would be the big differences between this one and the Ultimate Fiddy with Swiss movement from DSN may I ask?
Still planning to buy this version from David.

christie u got very lucky with it being a front loader and wouldnt have surpeised me if it was a leftover from EL, dsn front loader hasnt been offered by him,

ok a frontloading fiddy is a fiddy that the movement goes in and out from the front as opposed to the back of the watch

I am really happy with mine, though I don't consider it a very accurate rep.
+1 on removing the blue paint on the crystal - dsn uses blue Idunnowhat on the crystals, but it has no antireflectic function. just makes the glass blue.....off it goes

you will see a slot on the front of the watch but

dont bother its not a front loader
