DSN 111H or the DSN 005 logo

Hello,

I'm going to buy a new pam from davidsen. I both like the watches. But which one in our opinium is the best rep compared to the gen? Which one has the closest lume compared to the gen? Hope you could help me.

Sausage dial like on the 005 is more accurate in my opinion. Plus its a closed caseback so
no one snooping around your movement.

I just can't deal with the '12' on the sandwich dial....it bugs me so much...
I've gone through like several 111H because of the damn '12' and the L SWISS MADE L being
too big. <sigh>

The Panerai logo on DSN's 005 is too big and too close to the "Panerai" printing. So, pick your flaw, incorrect "12" or incorrect logo.

I'd still go with the 005, personally.

The best dial I've seen is ssalxpanerai's 005. He got it from a "local dealer", I get the feeling his is not in the US. :wink:

The dials on the other dealers' 005 is more accurate as to size and position, but IMO, the arrows of the logo are too straight up and down. Almost like it was printed in normal font, when it should have been italics, if that helps you visualize what I'm trying to say.

Oke thanks for the info. A saw davidsen sells a 111E version, does somebody now how good it is? I can't find much info.

DSN's 111E looks really good, except for the fact that the numbers/indices are too thick. It looks like his PAM040 dial with C1 lume, to me.
