I received David's 082 version 3 yesterday. It arrived nicely packed with enough protection for shipping. I will not do a full review as it has been covered by members before. Besides, they are better at doing those.
What is different on the third revision is that the dial is now C1. Many argue that it should be a mix of C1 and C3. I think it will take a while before a perfect mix is achieved that will be agreed by all. Right now the C1 does it for me.
The watch arrived with a dark blue strap. I would have no second thoughts using it if the quality was a little better. Well OK I would wear it for a while but the XL strap is way too long for me.
The crown guard does not sit as flush and the lever is a little wobbly.
The dial with C1 is now much more better looking than the previous C3 version. The application of the lume has also greatly improved. But a little nitpicking here and there shows that it can still be improved upon. (notice the 7th and 8th marker, and also the 12)
Also, did the font get a little thinner? :?
Now how does it do in the dark? David said that the V.3 dials were delayed because the C1, as expected, does not glow as much as the C3. He wanted to have it glow more. I guess C1 can only glow as much.
Watched exposed to sunlight then brought to a pitch black room.

All in all I am pleased with David's 082. He has been doing a great job on listening to our suggestions to continually improve his watches.
