I have a PAM 232 which has a 24mm lug width. I see BOB and TCStraps have notations like 24/22, 26/24. What do they mean?

For example, if a strap was 125/75 long, it means that the 'short' piece of the strap which includes the buckle is 75mm long and the other piece, which includes the holes, is 125.
You will see straps with lengths such as 115/75, 125/80, 130/85 etc.

125/75 is a length that will fit most wrists, although perhaps not perfectly.
The answer is to measure your wrists and by the corresponding size.

Great sources if info in above links. Also, decide what length you prefer, I like mine one size over, that way they can be worn (in the case of subs) over a "wettie" ('suit), so IMO that's a more functional look.
