Is there a watch like the 000/005 with a display caseback?

So in essence, sausage dial with Pam logo and a Crystal back. Seconds hand optional

I dont think so mate, the 005 and 111 are almost identical sans the dial and case back.....ask SubDude he just got a 005

A 111 E-series have a sausage dial but no logo.
Thats the closest i can think of.

But if You want a rep of a 111E then its going to be hard to find one. I think You will have to look in the sales section for a used one.

May I ask why You want a displayback on a rep?
One reason the 000 and 005 (and the recent 390) are so popular is that they have a closed caseback that hide the flaws in the movement. Just my 0.02

Well i just recently got rid of my 111, and despite the plain face of pams, the display back was quite impressive to whomever i passed the watch to. Im excited to receive my 000, but i know i won't be removing it from my wrist to show other people anymore due to the solid back
