Does this quartz timewalker use the same case

Do you think I could I buy one of these cheap timewalkers for case parts for a 7750?

They have the same fake serial number on the the case back, so I suspect they are the same case.

Hi, it's not quartz but a faux chrono.
The quartz version has a slightly thinner case, for it uses a different caseback.
