Asian for sure. Look at the rotor and balance stud. This is a low beat, new Asian 7750.

the finish and surfaces are not right, but still....it looks much better then the earlier ones i have seen....

it is a faux regulator and looks similar to the one in my hublot, so I agree with the rest of the guys here that it is asian..
