Does this dial look misaligned?

I just got my QC images for PAM111, but it looks like the dial looks a bit misaligned when I look at the 12 o'clock marker. Is it just the lighting or do you guys also see it ? Also is that a scratch on the bezel I see there?

While at it, mind as well ask about the swan neck screw. I've compared it with photos from the swan neck thread and it looks fine, but I might've missed something. Can you guys tell me if it looks okay?

I would want to see a good photo of the OP engraving on the movement though. I've been seeing a lot of horrible ones lately and that would drive me nuts. Partly Why I opted for a closed caseback
