Does Puretime Allow Order Change?

I've placed & purchased the item less than a week ago and they confirmed my purchase less than 5 days.
I have not recieved the QC photo and I wonder if puretime allow change in order to a same product but from a different factory.
I guess as QC photo was not provided, the product was not manufactured but have anyone had a similar experience as me? I made a silly mistake purchasing a wrong product. I've sent an email to them but I'm still waiting for their reply.

As I said have patience and faith in the TD, Puretime took the trouble to reply on a Sunday.

I've just received a reply from them saying they can allow the change. I am really happy about their CS. I'm waiting for their confirmation for the change. Thanks for the advices
