Does mod submersible exist? looking for a 44mm submersible with gen thickness (13.5mm)

Does anyone know is there modded seiko with appearance of panerai submersible as close as possible? I mean correct thickness and rep dial (or even gen dial). I'm willing to pay decent sum to buy one.

Is this a pipe dream of mine? having rep submersible with Japan/Swiss movement?
