They just quoted me a ridiculous price for a PAM 187...like double of what other dealers are charging? Any thoughts...are their watches any better or different?

Precious Times prices are always a bit higher than other dealers...However, he is EU based and will ship within EU without any custom problem...
Not sure if he is charging double what the other dealers charge though...

He should not be over 5% of any other dealer, he is doing QC and you do not have any custom worries in EU.
Just send him a mail back and tell him what the normal price is and ask him if he made a mistake.

Thanks guys..but PT's price for a PAM 187 is 245 UK Pounds and others is between $200-$300??? That's quite a discrepancy in my opinion...

Nope... they get the watches from the same sources, same factories, 99% of the time. Looks like there are 2-3 major high end rep factories in the world, and that's a multi-million dollar business. I'm afraid Ruby is just one wheel (out of 10.000) in that big spaceship.When it comes to high end pieces, 99% of the time all dealers carry the exact same replica. Cheap crap is a different issue... much more variation there.
LOL, of course not, but my question is who of those dealers is able to source the best reps at the best prices...What triggered my doubts that some watches might be better quality then others is the big price difference. I want to go with PT, but the price is too high so I have to look for other options..
My brother got a Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean off Ruby 2 years ago it’s a great watch and running fine.
I also got a Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean but off PT, in my opinion mine is just that bit better, suppose it should be 2 years down the line.

I did try to get hold of Ruby but it took her 3 weeks to get back to me, by which time I had done a deal with PT (but I did hear she was not well).
I had good service off PT.
I will try to get my brother to post a Pic of his Omega and I will have to figure out how to post a pic myself, I can’t seem to be able to paste in pictures.

Josh and andrew both have for $298 + Delivery = $335 approx
$335 converted to GBP is £238
I charged about £7 more than these dealers, which covers second postage from within EU.
Happy to reduce the price by £7 and match.
