a friend had them on there phone they said they say it online somewhere back in 2014-2015 maybe RWI or RG .. but not sure..

Does he own the logo on the pictures? It might be a clue as to who made them. And Natas makes fantasy builds for the most part right?
From what I can guess (and I am an amateur when it comes to vintage PAMs), is that it's a Rolerai, with a Rolex dial, bronze (brass?) hornlug case and with a Molnija (modded to look like a Cortebert) movement.

This is a build from @ice_gee (known as akvanautas on homage forum).
He's no longer in the game AFAIK, anyway there are a few guys that could make a similar one.
As far as I can figure this build is based on a very expensive and currently unobtainable esdee brass/bronze hornlug case set, I might be wrong but I think he could have had bezel and case back gold plated. Movement is a cortebert 520R with custom Rolex engraved bridges. High end build for sure, as many watches ice_gee built.
Let's see if he's around and can confirm.
