I have the cognac model of that strap in 24mm and it is BEAUTIFUL!
The stitchless design gives it a nice vintage look. A look that is perfect for vintage and quasi-vintage pieces. It should look great on a Fiddy!

I have the GEF cognac on my fiddy but it has stitches. I try getting a pics up here today.

I have the MP in cognac without the stitch and it is quite nice. In fact it is one of my favorites.
I did think about the MP stitchless for my fiddy but it was not available in the 26mm size at that time , short of a custom order that is. I did get the Gef La Spezia which is an awesome strap. Thicker than the MP and very comfortable.

The LA Spieza looks awesome, gotta get one of those for my "Fiddy." I think the stitching really accents the gold hands. Very nice!!!
Does anyone have a picture of a Mario Paci in cognac on a fiddy? Do they make such a thing? I am trying to decide what strap to get too. I like cognic but whos and with or without stiching is the question.
Soon, David. In fact I ordered a custom MP from cognac for my fiddy from the rare hides that Elliot offered two weeks ago. He only had a few of them but there is another batch that is not as pricey but still about as good as you can find. Email Elliot and you will find him to be most helpful.David1741 said:

Oh that clinches it for me. I'm going with the stitching. Seank1, where did you get that super strap?
Thanks for the love fellas. Its a custom Giovanni e figio Cordovan from Elliot. Its custom because of the size not the hide. I believe he has these in standard sizes. It is the finest strap I own. MP's are great but this has some creasing and character no MP that I own has.
