Does a Ceramic PAM looks like a plastic watch?

Hey guys,
I have an early DLC PAM441 which I will soon replace due to a faulty movement, this time I want to try the latest 441/438 real ceramic version.
So my question to you guys is:
Does ceramic looks/feels like plastic?
This may sound like blasphemy to some AP fans but I had a forged carbon AP ROO 44 that I sold because it look cheaply made of plastic, like a shiny Casio G-shock, I always liked my watches beautifully cut and shaped into high-grade stainless steel, I am aware this is my prejudice, but I am hoping that ceramic looks more high-quality than Forged carbon.
opinions please?

The rep ceramic PAM's are amazing. The quality of the ceramic cases is very close to the gen's

I wonder what kind of technique that rep factory use to make the case?, is it the same as gen?

It feels like holding a stone. But they look a bit dull,no shine whatsoever. 441 and 438 have extremely poor AR,it's scandalous. And they're not lightweight at all, which makes me happy, because I hate that cheap feel of a titanium watch. And you can't scratch them, that's good too. My 2 cents.

Second that on the AR but not in extremely kinda way, but so does the gen. The 508 v6f have much better AR.

thanks guys, I will pull the trigger on this one.
my only experience with ceramic is from the bezel of my gen Rolex Sub. It looks like glass...very nice.

just to add the 292 J also a good ceramic watch
but the AR on those are also very poor
i don't know if the gen is like that or not.

Not plastic at all. Remember you are comparing AP's forged carbon with PAM's ceramic. Two totally different materials. The carbotech on the PAM616 is lighter and probably more similar in feel to the AP's forged carbon (I've had an FC Diver before so I speak from experience).

I prefer carbon PAM's rather than carbon AP's due to its motif, the lines on 616 is very appealing.

I believe most gen PAMs AR is single sided vs lets say IWC with its double AR so even the gen PAMs is consider poor, but do remind one thing that the clarity on gen PAMs sapphire is higher than the reps.
