DOA NAUTILUS 5712 SS PPF

Very match dissatisfied and frustrated from PURETIMEWATCH
I just received a NAUTILUS 5712 SS PPF unfortunately the watch was DOA. The micro rotor is dismantled and moving inside around the case.
Any experience what should I do ? I all ready mail to PURETIMEWATCH but no feedback yet.
For sure there is no watch-smith in my area to fix it

I'm sorry to hear this. It may be because the manufacturer didn't lock the screws or because the courier was too violent during transportation. We occasionally encounter this kind of problem. If you didn't remove the protective film, you can send it back we will give you a new watch.

I remove the outer protective plastic in order to wind it.
All the rest are in place
Where I have to send it and how long time will take to be replaced?
Took me one month to receive it
