Please think about it - Andrew liaises with the same factories all dealers use. It is all about service and after 3 purchases the service could not be better in my experience. Delivery to the UK is fast and efficient again in my experience. Watches are delicate things and can get damaged in transit - think about it and that is not the dealer or indeed factories fault. A visit to a local watchsmith will sort most issues much cheaper and quicker than sending a rep all the way to China and giving Andrew a hard time unnecessarily - but I am sure he will offer help if needed and will be interested to know what has happened!
