Do genuine PAM hands fit on reps?

Would anyone happen to know or have experience fitting genuine hands on a rep (specifically a Radiomir PAM292 from Noob)? And is there anywhere besides Ebay one could get a set?

6497 hands should fit no problem. 7750 might have to be broached.

Gen hands fit on most reps including 6497/98 and 7750. The issue with the 7750 is the center seconds. But the hour, minute and seconds at 9 all fit fine.
