Do 7753 movements drop in to breitling navitimer reps?

So for some stupid reason the closest the clones come to a 7753 is by using a transfer module. So if i buy a clone with non working hours can i buy a 7753 and drop it in to get the hours working and essentially have a real navitimer?
alternatively if someone can find me a navitimer clone with 7753 please let me know.

A 7753 fits in the BP case and the dial fits. The center second hand will not fit.

Most others don't work due to the date location on the dial if it was originally am A7750
