Diy Question: Dust on underside of crystal in Noob Fiddy

Hi diy gurus,

Need to seek your advice: can i clean the underside of a sapphire glass with AR coating? I notice some dust on the underside of the glass and thought of cleaning it myself with either microfibre cloth or alcohol swipe.

Need to seek some advice before i proceed.. Thank you.

Just to add, i have tried blowing it off using a blower but with no success.. That is why thinking of wiping it instead..
