Hello everyone,

I've been a longtime lurker and have decided to document my project from earlier today. I've been keeping my watches in my sock drawer and decided to give them a home.

I purchased a pelican 1200 from eBay and made the template on Excel. Check it out:

Here it is before I started cutting:

I designed the template for the foam pull and pluck on Excel . Note, this is correct and I would follow this pattern if you choose to DIY. I didn't get the grid right on mine; which is why the top watch slots are slightly smaller than the bottom. Oh well...

I used a razor knife to cut the foam

A few of my reps are from several years ago when I lived in Asia. I used to think they were so amazing until I discovered RWI!!!

Now I think they are trash compared to my ARF SD43, and ZF copies! I will keep for old times sake.

The foam piece on the right comes out and I'm currently using it for additional strap and jewelery storage.
