DIY PAM Homage Question

I'm really considering doing the TimeZone Online watch school, and I noticed one of the available movements was the ETA 6497. One of the benefits of the course is the ability to case the movement you work on. I thought, why not get a nice PAM case and dial instead of the plain cases and dials offered by the course and make my own little PAM homage. The course description lists the 6497 as either a pocket watch with seconds at the 9 or a wrist watch with seconds at the 6. What would need to be done to the movement to get the seconds at the 9 with the crown at the 3 position like the PAMs? Thanks, all!

**Mods, if this post is in the wrong area, please move. Apologies.

absolutely nothing. It's built that way. You can get an Homage case and dial at Getat watch or Jackson TSE.
I took the course. It's fun and will teach you all the names and what the parts are for.

Now this is useful info. I have been looking for watch courses here in Aus and nothing. Now I find I find I can do it on line. Awesome. Thanks for the info.

You're absolutely right, NiceWatch. I was looking at the 6498. Good to hear positives about the course. I'm really looking forward to it.
