I bought a 177M from Sead about 3 months ago. It took about 45 days to get the watch, but it did finally arrive. The watch worked fine for a few weeks then broke. The pinion that holds the second hand broke off. I contacted sead about it and he asked for pics. I sent the pics and he agreed that it was the second wheel pinion. He told me he would send me a new second wheel to repair it. Well, that was a month and a half ago. He will not respond to me at all now.
I spent 335.00 on a watch that I got to wear twice.
I think that is about as poor customer service as one can give. He should have just said, too bad, the watch arrived working. Which is how I'm taking it at this point.
Sead, don't say you will help, then blow your customers off! At least have enough courtesy to respond.
