In March 2021 I purchased a high quality HUBLOT CLASSIC FUSION from Andrew.
A few days after receiving it I saw that a screw was missing. Andrew provided me with another one, but it was not identical.
Recently, I noticed that the minute hand on the clock looked dirty or rusty.
I sent Andrew a photo of the watch so he could see what I mean.
He told me that the factory that makes this watch does not provide spare parts and that he could not replace it.
I have bought many replicas, for myself and my family, although I have only bought this one from Andrew and I have never found myself in a situation like this.
I have kept the watch as if it were a genuine HUBLOT, using it for six months over the course of approximately a year.
I'll give you some photographs

Ok. We have two separate issues here.
The screw, did you tell him it wasn't the right one? Furthermore, "after a few days" means the screw most probably fell off during your ownership. Screws can come loose even from steel bracelets, that's known, it's good practice to tighten them up when you receive them, some even go as far as glue them in place.
The "rusty" hand. The pic isn't very clear, but if that's oxidisation then it occurs through presence of water/humidity. If that's the case then it's very likely that the movement's gears look much worse. The colour suggests a coppery chemical reaction, I don't know this watch, are the hands gold plated?
In any case, I'm failing to see where the TD failed you exactly if he can't source parts after one year, or at all, for that matter.
Again, pic quality isn't the best, but the watch seems quite scratched, not easy to see how it was "kept as gen".

I'm sorry but the pictures only show the wrong screw. I cannot tell from the hand picture if it is actual oxidation or light reflection.

Anyway, I would not expect too much support after a year of purchasing.

The hand can always be polished by hand by a watchmaker. The screw, no clue what to say. Maybe AliExpress or some other sellers have access to a brand new complete clasp.

Take the watch outside and take better, up-close pictures in natural light.

Thank you for your answers.
As for the screw. Of course I told Andrew that the screw was not the same as the original. He didn't tell me then, but I guess it was because if the factory doesn't provide parts he sent me a screw from another factory.
Regarding use. It is possible that the watch has some scratches, inevitable when used, but the treatment I have given it has been like that I give to a genuine one. I own a genuine Rolex and know how to treat these watches.
As for the hand. It is difficult to take a good photograph. Furthermore, depending on how the light shines on it, the hand appears more or less dirty. I'll take it to my watchmaker to see if it can be cleaned somehow.
Finally, we are not talking about a $20 replica, but more than $300. I have bought more than 20 replicas and I never expected such a defect from one that is supposedly of the highest quality.

You should gauge your expectations. 300$ today isn't highest quality anymore, unfortunately.
As for the hand, the only thing I can think of that can tarnish it is moisture. If moisture entered the watch and attacked the hand, the movement will probably have gotten the worst of it. A watchmaker to open it up and take a look is your best option right now to make sure how're the insides

Debes evaluar tus expectativas.
