Disappointing service

I regret to say I'm having quite a disappointing experience at Puretime who I used to be able to trust and had dealt with them as far back as 10+ years ago. Here are the series of events:

- Put in an order but failed to receive any upate for over a month
- Send an email asking for status only then to receive a reply mentioning lack of stock
- After a few more months, sent another email asking for a refund if stock simply will not be available
- Received a QC email with pics (start wondering why the process was expedited only after asking for a refund)
- Send a reply that that the QC isn't up to standard and would like to have it replaced. This was done well within just a few hours from receiving the QC email
- Suddenly receive an email with shipping information. So I sent an email asking what's going on
- Received an email saying they haven't received any reply from me until the email I sent asking what's going on (so shipped out the product)

I've sent an email with proof that I had sent an email with a request to have the product replaced. Let's see...
