Dear Sir or Madam,
I bought a watch on 25.11.2023.
The watch arrived and was wonderful! Unfortunately, I quickly noticed that the glass was fogging up.
I contacted the service on 01.01.2024.
They responded IMMEDIATELY and asked me to send the watch back. I did so and paid shipping costs of €49.99.
Unfortunately, I no longer receive a response to my inquiries and I have been waiting for my watch again for 4 months. What should I do in this case?

I'm sorry to hear about the problem. From your pictures, it looks like condensation has formed inside the watch.
Can you help us send the watch back so our watchmaker can have a look at the problem and we can then resolve it accordingly before sending it back to you.

I reached out to the watchsmith but haven't received a reply. It's presently the Chinese New Year holidays so he might not be able to get back to me until the holidays are over on the 23rd. I'll follow up and get the watchsmith to complete this asap. I will be in touch. My sincere apologies to have kept you waiting.

Watchsmith is awaiting parts for the repair, just spoke to him today. The water damage inside the watch is quite severe, basically the entire movement needs to be replaced. I have asked him to expediate asap, in the meantime please hold on, I will be in touch once the watch has been repaired.
