Difference between these two?

I'm looking to buy the PAM390 and found these two models. What is the difference between these two? Which one is closest to gen?

First link is made from H factory, second link is made from Noob factory. I prefer Noob 390 than other 2 makers. Go read up Ale's Pam guide and decide which maker you prefer.

Noob is the latest version - though I am going to wait to see pictures before I think about getting it.

The H-Factory version is really nice even though it ranks behind Kuvarsit & Noob. Essentially, any version of the 390 is pretty good.
