Difference between the new Ceramic Seamaster vs. older version ??

Does anyone know what are the major difference between the new ceramic Seamaster models currently for sale vs. the older ultimate Omega Planet Ocean version? I am looking at one right now (orange bezel 45.4 UPO version, older model), but don't know what the true difference between the models are.

Please enlighten me as I am interested in getting one of these beauties.

The new ceramic model has

New dial
New hands
Ceramic bezel, the pumpin one is just aluminium. Style is slightly different than the previous one also.
New movement (concerning the decoration) with a see through case back.
New bracelet, with main feature the links which use screws instead of pins.

It may look close to the older one but if you give a good look you will a lot of differences...

There are some great reviews in the section of both old and new model.

Is the older model even worth considering then Mr. Pap? I am searching for the compare between these two models now.

Of course it worth buying the older version. Its a very nice watch!

I don't recall a detailed thread comparing those two to be honest.
